What is your favorite part about working at IDE?
My favorite part would have to be the teamwork. No matter what you need, there is always someone to help.
What do you think makes you unique as a team member?
The company is always growing and I am glad to be able to evolve with changes and improvements for the company as a whole.
What do you enjoy most about your job, and what are some of the challenges you face?
I enjoy helping build the service dept. We work together to accomplish goals and there is always someone to help when a bump in the road happens.
Can you share a project or accomplishment you’re particularly proud of that you worked on during your time here?
Really haven’t been on projects per se, but I have learned so much and continue to learn.
How do you stay motivated and engaged in your work, and what advice would you give to others who are struggling with motivation?
There are not many dull moments. Things are always happening and moving and everyone gets it done.
How does IDE support your professional development, and what opportunities have you taken advantage of?
IDE supports all their employees and customers. They keep us up to date on changes and training availability.
How do you collaborate with your colleagues and team members, and what qualities do you think are essential for effective teamwork?
We have a great team, whether it is in the field or at the office. Everyone helps to reach the same goal and that is for the company to grow.
How do you balance your work responsibilities with your personal life, and what strategies do you use to maintain that balance?
Working at IDE gives me the ability to have a healthy work/life balance. You have to have a mindset for work and be able to turn it off when it is quitting time. As well as personal issues, keep them at the door.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my husband, kids, grandkids, family, and friends.
What is something that you are proud of about yourself?
I am proud of the family I have raised.
If you could visit any place in the world, where would it be and why?
Alaska in the summer, I hear it is beautiful to see.
