What is your favorite part about working at IDE?
My favorite part about working at IDE is the supportive and inclusive environment that allows me to be my authentic self. It’s a place where individuality is valued, and I feel comfortable being who I am every day.
What do you think makes you unique as a team member?
I believe what makes me unique as a team member is my reliability and consistency in getting the job done. When I’m given a task, I ensure it’s completed with attention to detail, which helps the team function smoothly and efficiently.
What do you enjoy most about your job, and what are some of the challenges you face?
I really enjoy the camaraderie and relationships I’ve built with the people I work with; they make the work environment enjoyable and motivating. However, like any job, there are challenges, such as balancing multiple responsibilities and managing time effectively, which can sometimes be demanding.
Can you share a project or accomplishment you’re particularly proud of that you worked on during your time here?
I’m particularly proud of the successful transition to a paperless system. It was a significant change that has greatly improved our efficiency, organization, and sustainability, and I’m glad to have played a role in making it happen.
How do you stay motivated and engaged in your work, and what advice would you give to others who are struggling with motivation?

How does IDE support your professional development, and what opportunities have you taken advantage of?
IDE provides incredible support for my professional development by offering various opportunities to learn and grow within the company. I’ve been able to expand my knowledge in my specific field and explore other areas, which has made me a more well-rounded employee.
How do you collaborate with your colleagues and team members, and what qualities do you think are essential for effective teamwork?

How do you balance your work responsibilities with your personal life, and what strategies do you use to maintain that balance?
I maintain a healthy balance between my work responsibilities and personal life by setting clear boundaries. When I’m at work, I’m fully focused on my tasks, but when I’m home, I disconnect from work and enjoy my personal time, which helps me recharge and stay productive.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I’m passionate about spending time in nature, whether it’s camping or riding. I also love going to concerts, as music is something that brings me a lot of joy and relaxation.
What is something that you are proud of about yourself?
I am incredibly proud of raising my son, who has grown into a remarkable person. It’s one of my greatest achievements and a source of immense pride and joy for me.
If you could visit any place in the world, where would it be and why?
If I could visit any place in the world, it would definitely be Scotland because I’m fascinated by the rich history and stunning architecture of the castles. Exploring the scenic landscapes and cultural heritage of Scotland has always been a dream of mine.
