He has been an essential part of our team for eight months, and his unwavering dedication to supporting our operations makes a significant impact. We’re grateful to have him on board.

What is your favorite part about working at IDE?
The people. We have a great team that’s passionate, collaborative, and always eager to learn. Seeing employees grow and succeed because of the training and support we provide is incredibly rewarding.
What do you think makes you unique as a team member?
I bring a mix of Human Resources, recruiting expertise and training experience, which allows me to not only identify great talent but also help them develop professionally. I also thrive on creating a positive and motivating work culture.
What do you enjoy most about your job, and what are some of the challenges you face?
I love seeing employees grow, whether it’s someone excelling in a new role or developing a skill that helps them advance. One of the biggest challenges is keeping up with industry trends and ensuring our training programs stay relevant and impactful.
Can you share a project or accomplishment you’re particularly proud of that you worked on during your time here?
One accomplishment I’m really proud of is continuing to develop a structured onboarding and training program that will help new hires get up to speed quickly and efficiently.
How do you stay motivated and engaged in your work, and what advice would you give to others who are struggling with motivation?
I stay motivated by focusing on the impact of my work—helping people succeed is incredibly fulfilling. My advice for others struggling with motivation is to find purpose in what you do, set small goals, and celebrate progress along the way.
How does IDE support your professional development, and what opportunities have you taken advantage of?
IDE is great about providing learning opportunities, whether it’s through training sessions, or industry conferences. I’ve taken advantage of leadership development courses that I have help implement and deliver and have gone to an industry conference this past year.
How do you collaborate with your colleagues and team members, and what qualities do you think are essential for effective teamwork?
My collaboration at IDE is built on open communication. I believe active listening, adaptability, and a willingness to support each other are key qualities for effective teamwork.
How do you balance your work responsibilities with your personal life, and what strategies do you use to maintain that balance?
I prioritize time management and setting boundaries. I make sure to schedule breaks, unplug after work, and spend quality time with my family. Having a strong support system helps.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I love spending time outdoors, whether it’s Camping, College Baseball “Go Deacs”, or just exploring new places with my wife.
What is something that you are proud of about yourself?
I have always been a servant leader which allows me to help grow people and gives me the ability to connect with people and help them grow in their careers. Seeing someone succeed because of the support and guidance I provided is incredibly fulfilling.
If you could visit any place in the world, where would it be and why?
I’d love to visit India or Thailand because of their rich culture, history, and amazing food. Traveling is a great way to gain new perspectives and experiences.
